Our 30-Day "Love It" Guarantee

We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. That is why every product we sell comes with our 30-Day "Love It" Guarantee.

Set it up. Use it. Live with it for up to 30 days from the confirmed delivery date.

If you don't love it, email us and we will provide a return address and instructions.

Once the product is returned to us in undamaged, working condition with all components and original packaging included, we will issue a full refund.

No restocking fees. No drama.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • The product must be in working condition with no obvious physical damage.
  • All original components, accessories, and packaging must be included in the return.
  • You must provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  • You must include photos of the product in its current condition when submitting your return request. This is required for all returns, not just defective items.
  • Return requests must be approved by our support team before the item is shipped back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted or refunded.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

To process your claim, we require:

  • Clear photos or video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
  • Images of the product packaging and shipping label where possible.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Your order number.

Once the issue is verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

at no additional cost to you.

Depending on the circumstances, you may not be required to return the defective item. Where a return is required for a verified defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, use of incompatible power sources, or failure to follow the included instructions is not considered a defect and is not covered under this policy.


Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Return requests must be approved by our support team before the item is shipped back. Please allow 1 to 2 business days after submitting your request for our team to respond with a return address and instructions.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when returning your item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Please retain your proof of postage and tracking number until your refund has been processed.

For verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping where a return is required. See the "Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items" section above for details.


Return Address

Returned items must be sent only to the return address provided by our support team after approval.

The return address may differ depending on the product and fulfillment location. Items returned to an incorrect address may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at returns@premious.shop with:

    • Your order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photos of the product in its current condition (required for all returns)
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1 to 2 business days.

  3. If approved, we will provide:

    • A return shipping address
    • Instructions for returning the item
  4. Pack the product securely with all original components, accessories, and packaging included.

  5. Ship the item to the address provided using a tracked shipping service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage and tracking number until the refund is processed.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

  1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

This process typically takes 1 to 3 weeks from the date the item is shipped back, depending on shipping times and inspection.

Once the return is approved, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.


Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days after refund approval for the funds to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately after purchase and cannot be cancelled once placed.

This is because orders are automatically transmitted to our fulfillment partners shortly after checkout.

If you no longer wish to receive your order, you have two options.

1. Refuse Delivery

When the carrier attempts delivery, you may decline or refuse the package.

The carrier will return the package to the sender.

Once the item is received back, we will process your refund.

Please note:

  • The return process typically takes 1 to 3 weeks.

2. Request a Return

If you have already received the item, you may request a return using the process outlined above. Standard return shipping costs apply (see "Return Shipping").


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Because false claims of lost deliveries are a common form of fraud, we require supporting evidence before issuing a replacement or refund.

Acceptable evidence includes:

  • Security camera footage showing the package was stolen
  • A police report documenting the theft
  • Official confirmation from the shipping carrier that the package was lost or misdelivered

Packages marked Delivered by the carrier without supporting evidence may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. If an order is shipped to the address you provided and cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed package, we are not obligated to reship or refund the order.

Please double check your shipping details before completing your purchase, as address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.


Multiple Shipments

Orders may be fulfilled from different warehouses and may arrive in separate shipments at different times. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. Please check your tracking information and allow for all shipments to arrive before contacting us about missing items.


Product Appearance and Expectations

We make every effort to display product colors, features, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing batches, minor differences in color or appearance may occur.

Such minor variations do not qualify as defects. However, you are still covered by our 30-Day "Love It" Guarantee if you are not satisfied for any reason.


Packaging Variations

Products may arrive in supplier or protective packaging rather than retail packaging. This helps protect products during shipping and reduce unnecessary packaging waste.

Packaging differences do not affect product quality or authenticity.


Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Severe weather
  • Holiday shipping volume
  • Local delivery disruptions

Such delays do not qualify for refunds while the package remains in transit.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items with obvious physical damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Items damaged due to improper installation, incorrect wiring, use of incompatible power sources, or failure to follow the included instructions
  • Items returned with missing components, accessories, or original packaging
  • Items that have been permanently modified or altered

We reserve the right to deny returns that violate these conditions.

Incorrect product returned

Refunds are contingent on receiving the original product that was purchased. If an item returned to us is not the same product that was shipped, the return will be declined and treated as a fraudulent claim. We reserve the right to withhold the refund, ban the associated account, and pursue recovery of any costs incurred.

Partial refunds

If a returned product is received in a condition that does not meet the return requirements (for example, with cosmetic damage, missing accessories, or without original packaging) but is not severe enough to warrant a full denial, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion. The partial refund amount will reflect the condition of the returned item.


Return and Refund Abuse

To maintain fair pricing and service for all customers, we reserve the right to limit, refuse, or deny returns and refunds in cases where:

  • A customer has an excessive return history
  • Evidence suggests misuse of the return policy
  • Fraudulent claims are suspected
  • Multiple returns are linked to the same household, shipping address, email address, or payment method

This includes repeated claims of missing or damaged items without sufficient evidence.

We reserve the right to limit returns from the same household or shipping address, regardless of whether the orders were placed under different accounts or names.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We are committed to resolving any issues directly with our customers. We offer a generous 30-Day "Love It" Guarantee and responsive support. There is no reason to file a payment dispute without first giving us the opportunity to resolve your concern.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • You will contact our support team before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.
  • You acknowledge that filing a chargeback does not speed up the resolution process and may result in significant delays.
  • You agree that filing a chargeback while a return, refund, or support inquiry is already in progress constitutes a breach of these terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to halt any pending refund until the dispute is resolved.
  • You understand that filing a chargeback without first contacting us may be treated as a fraudulent dispute.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to:

  • Submit all relevant transaction evidence to your payment provider, including order confirmations, shipping and tracking records, delivery confirmation, signed policy acceptance, and all communication history.
  • Suspend or permanently ban your account and any associated email addresses or payment methods from making future purchases on our Site.
  • Recover any costs incurred as a result of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback, including chargeback fees, product costs, and shipping costs, through collections or other available means.
  • Decline future orders from any customer, address, or payment method associated with a previous chargeback.

We maintain detailed records of every transaction, including policy acceptance at checkout, order confirmations, shipping notifications, tracking data, delivery confirmations, and all customer communications. These records are submitted as evidence in every chargeback dispute.
